You don't "have to" write things out but we really encourage it. Why? Because seeing is believing. When you see the special sequence we designed to tell your medical story it will make sense to you and be easy to remember. So if you don't want to take a written script with you that's fine. But spend the time planning it out so that you can be clear and concise.
Pretty much all you have to know how to do is log in, watch videos, and download a worksheet every so often. We make it easy-peasy to do. But, hey, if you ever have a problem or question you can ALWAYS reach out for assistance!
